Strangely Familiar lecture series with Knapkiewicz and Fickert: What’s new?

Date
25.04.2018
Time
16:00 - 17:30
Address
KADK
Auditorium 2
Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé 53

Open lecture at KADK by the swiss architects Kaschka Knapkiewicz and Axel Fickert Fickert.

Kaschka Knapkiewicz and Axel Fickert founded their architectural studio in Zurich in 1992. Since then they have created generous and groundbreaking work within the field of housing. Both through their use of lush yet austere materials, and by drawing on the history of architecture while, at the same time, challenging conventions and norms.

The lecture is part of the ‘Strangely Familiar’ lecture series arranged by MA Spatial Design, Institute of Architecture and Design.
